1st Annual Shelter Our Sisters (SOS) Conference and Fundraising Banquet

(Vendor fee is $100.00. You may remit payment after form is completed. We will send confirmation reciept after form is processed.)

*Vending cost does NOT include charges for tables. Please bring your own table, otherwise there is an extra $50 charge.
  • Vending Space is limited and will be first come, first serve.
  • The deadline for receiving payment is July 31, 2008.
  • The cost of vending is $100 for both days even if you decide that you only want to vend for one day.
  • Vendors may arrive to set up at 8:30 am and must shut down by 5:30 pm each day leaving vending spaces clean.
  • All vendors who have purchased a banquet ticket may attend the conference for free.
  • All items will be secured over night, but Muslimat Al-Nisaa will not take responsibility for any damaged or missing merchandise.
  • Fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
  • Vendors must bring their own table(s) for each space they have purchased or they may rent a table which is $50. Your workspace will be roughly a 10X10 area. There are no exceptions!
  • No Food or Drink sales will be allowed in the vending area.
